Little is known about this vampire, even the authenticity of his name is in question. Kept in seclusion and Known only by the name Jovan... He possesses a heavy slavic accent, the only clue to his true origin.
He stands at 5 feet and 11 inches tall with long black hair reaching to his shoulders when let down, but is usually kept in a pony tail. Jovan has green eyes and is estimated to have been 22 years old at the time of his transformation from mortal to vampire. He possesses a very lean build with every muscle of his body highly defined.
Bitter about the transformation from mortal to vampire, Jovan has developed a rage that makes even the most experienced of vampires cringe at the sight of the corpses of his victims and enemies. Those who he does choose to transform into a vampire... have no choice in the matter. To him, it is just a game.
