I was walking through the park one night, and it would have been dark, but the full moon lit up the sky. I thought to myself, I had better be on the lookout for those werewolves... that was the least of my worries.
I saw a beautiful... and I mean BEAUTIFUL woman out of the corner of my eye, and she motioned for me to come over to the park bench she was sititing on. I wondered what she was doing out here all alone at night, especially with the werewolf attacks on the rise lately. We began talking and before I knew it, I was lost in her eyes, those deep, dark blue eyes. I couldn't look away. She leaned in really close to me and said she wanted to tell me something. She then started to whisper into my ear...
"Let me breathe you this song of my heart,
before I lead you along this path in the dark,
where I belong 'till I feel your warmth.
Hold me, like you held on to life,
when all fears came alive and entombed me.
Love me, like you love the sun,
scorching the blood in my... vampire heart."
Before I could move, she sank her teeth into my neck, and I was paralyzed. I couldn't move, much like I couldn't when I stared into her eyes. Then I blacked out. When I came to, she asked me how I felt, and I replied "Cold." But I felt rejuvenated, with an energy i had never felt before, and she could see it. I smiled and thanked her for giving me this new power. Although I knew I was a member of the undead, I didn't worry. There was plenty of fresh blood to keep me going. She spotted a young man and woman walking along another path and said... "Shall we?" I was never the same again...
