A long time ago, before the war between werewolf and vampire had ever begun, a woman was chosen to lead her people. She was fearless, it seemed, and could hold her own in battle just as any man could. Her people followed her with blind devotion, knowing that she had never recieved so much as a scratch in battle. She was a graceful woman when the situation called for it, cunning and devious with a trickster's mind. She was not without her flaws, of course. With her widely known weakness of a certain fear of fire.
Not one history teller could say how her people were killed but the common myth is that they were slaughtered by a pack of dogs in the night when their queen was nowhere to be found.
It is rumored that she fled to England, hidding among the pomp and press of the victorian era. She remains stuck at that time in history, still coming out at night to wonder endless streets.
