Driag was a silent man, his separation from that of his family having long ago driven him into a state of permanent sorrow. But young he still thrived to move on through life despite his careless attitude towards the aspect of life itself. Fortunes have it that while walking the streets a woman would appear. From first glance alone Driag could feel a familiarity between them, a likeness of sorts.
As if a ghost the woman moved past, silent, a breathlessness taking him as her silver locks flickered past. Unbeknownst to the young man he would see this woman again.
Nights later admits a forest path a feeling of unease came about him, and the brief sight of silvery locks stilled him as if he was suddenly stone, green eyes…soft green eyes…that are all Driag last saw as a mortal man.
Awakened…Driag came to find him resting, and as his eyes focused he found the same woman at the beds side. Soon he would come to know her as Verity Stark, and with his transformation feel closer to her then he had sense his separation from his own twin.
As if…having read his hearts pains Verity whispered a sweet promise. Driag would be reunited with his brother…he would see Draig once again.
