Clan Description
Within the highest halls in the ancient dark lands, The Dark Sanctum is a force unmatched in its lust for blood and hatred of the wretched lycans. They Will Never Be Destroyed! They will Never Disappear! Most of all, We will Never DIE!!!
Ranks
PROMOTIONS
1. Every job title comes with responsibilities and time commitments; promotions are on a voluntary basis.
2. By accepting a promotion you are making a commitment to all Members to be available to handle day-to-day operations and any problems that may arise in a fair, mature, and professional manner.
3. Leaders must treat all members with RESPECT, above and below their current job title.
4. Keep in mind you may not be ready for the promotion that you want, if this is the case you will be provided with constructive criticism to help you improve on problem areas.
Recruits
This position is for all new members of, the General(s) and Captain(s) of the clan must evaluate the recruit on several factors: type of gamer, development of relationship with the other members of the clan, knowledge of and ability to follow the Rules, and overall opinion. Once these factors have been reviewed, the leaders of the clan will vote on whether or not the recruit is ready to become a full member of the clan and can be promoted to the rank of Private.
PRIVATE
1. Must have spent at least 1 week as a recruit to familiarize yourself with TDS, The Ranks, Rules, and what we are about. Use this chance to decide if TDS is the right place for you by professional nature in which we Play
2. A Private can be classified as a new member. Responsibilities of a Private include knowing the Rules and Rank Structure, meeting other members. Your time as a Private is geared towards letting you get familiar with the The TDS brotheren.
Sergent"s&Lieutenants
1. A Private is eligible to be promoted to Sergeant or Lieutenant at any time after being accepted and proving extensive knowledge of the Rules and Ranks
2. A Sergeant is a higher Private, but with a bit more power, a Lieutenant is the Captains right hand man, always there when he is not around.
CAPTAIN
1. Must hold a Private, Sergeant, or Lieutenant position for at least 1 month.
2. A good captain must posses the following qualities, leadership, the ability to positively reinforce the TDS infrastructure, sound decision making and dedication. As a Captain, you will need to evaluate all new recruits and evaluate the clan. Captains are responsible for promoting a Lieutenant to assist them.
3. A Captain becomes eligible for a promotion by displaying the above qualities and excelling in all their job responsibilities. As always, good communication is the key to success.
GENERAL
1. Must hold a Captains position for at least 1 month.
4. Generals are the backbone of TDS and should be respected by all members. This position of General is a very important position with many responsibilities.
7. A General is responsible for taking care of minor matters at such times. The General is expected to report major infraction s directly to their Council Leader
Council
The Lords of The Clan, Always Treat with Respect for they are almighty and Have Spilled much blood in there time.
Rules of the Sanctum
1.We are accepting any donations you might have.Our clan domicile is growing, but we need the support of our members to continue to Build it against our lycan enemies. Donations are not Mandatory, but are appreciated and are looked at by the Council.
2. If a Werewolf is troublesome to a vampire, that member MUST inform his fellow clan members aware of the lycan. Only by communicating with each other can we truly stand and survive.
3. Constantly use your manhunt, at least 10 minutes a day.
4. Before you log off, Its is encouraged that you work at the graveyard for max pay.
5. Be sure to advance your training and inventory! This will guarantee the strength and minimize a members loss from a Raid. Not training leaves you weak and vulnerable.
If you are inactive, you will be deleted! We only wanted active members.
